The custom designed TCVJ solution gives you options including:

• Select the appropriate coupling from the availible TCVJ models
• Adjustable lengths with accurately machined splined shaft elements
• Option for very short length close coupled requirements.
• Precision balanced driveshaft tubing for optimum torque transfer.
• Assemblies are dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 grade standards
• Combination of TCVJ provides zero backlash for precision installations
• Alignment requirements for each flange face are independent of angle, unlike the requirement with conventional universal joint phasing.

We can design new special purpose Extended length couplings and extension shafts under the guidelines of a Development Agreement.

Special Instructions:

Continuous operation of the TCVJ coupling at 0 degrees is not recommended as this will cause excessive wear on bearings and cause damage to the coupling. For maximum efficiency and life of the TCVJ coupling, a minimum operating angle of 2.0 degrees is recommended.
