To provide shareholders with some liquidity in their shares, Thompson Couplings Limited has requested MoneyLink Financial Planning Pty Ltd ACN 003 937 719 (MoneyLink) to operate a low volume market to facilitate limited trading of shares in Thompson Couplings Limited.

MoneyLink has approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to operate a low volume financial market in accordance with the Corporations (Low Volume Financial Markets) Exemption Notice 2003 (Exemption Notice), and is exempt from the licensing requirements of the Corporations Act.

MoneyLink is not licensed under Part 7.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 and is not subject to the legal obligations that apply to an operator of a licensed market, including the requirement, to the extent that it is reasonably practicable to do so, to do all things necessary to ensure that the market is a fair, orderly and transparent market.

The low volume financial market must comply with the terms and conditions of the Exemption Notice. Accordingly, MoneyLink will ensure that no more than 100 completed transactions that have a total value (measured by sale price) of not more than $500,000 are entered into in any 12 month period.

The low volume financial market opened on 7 December 2009.
